Dr. Corrine Searle is the owner of Paws and Claws Animal Hospital after providing part time care to our patients since 2009. She is a graduate of the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in Saskatoon and is happy to say that she returned to her hometown and never looked back after graduation. When not at work Dr. Searle finds herself trampolining and swimming with her four kids. She also enjoys her children’s beloved two pet rats who like to ride around on everyone’s shoulders.
Dr. Sharon Moloney graduated with her DVM from Western College of Veterinary Medicine in 1997. She received her BSc. in Agriculture from UBC in 1989. She has worked part-time here at Paws and Claws since 2014.

Jenn is one of our extremely knowledgable and hard-working registered veterinary technicians. Jenn is from the Langley area and after graduation from the University College of the Cariboo in 1998 she started providing care to dogs and cats in Langley. Jenn has a special interest in learning and furthering her knowledge of veterinary care. We are thankful for her dedication to our patients since 2003 at Paws and Claws. When not at work you can find Jenn being walked by her Australian Shepherds, Coda and Caity.
Michelle, a registered veterinary technician has been part of our team at Paws and Claws since 2015. Michelle excels at providing caring supportive high-quality nursing to all her patients. When at home she works hard at keeping her cat Pixie in line (an exercise in complete futility). Michelle’s husband Dean is better behaved than Pixie and keeps himself out of trouble without her help.
Denise is an experienced Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) who has joined the team at Paws and Claws after decades of caring for animals. Denise likes to stay up-to-date on new advances in veterinary medicine and has additional certification in the Fear Free method. She stays active trying to manage the rightful, exacting demands of four cats and two French Bulldog/Frenchton puppies named Fern and Ivy.
Gwen is our enormously talented and dedicated receptionist who graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from UBC and speaks multiple languages (English, German and Cat). Gwen is a deep well of information on cat genetics, behaviour and has a lot of hands-on experience raising seven cats who get along and don’t fight…much, thanks to Gwen’s talent at indoor enrichment and special calming diet.
Sharon joins us with endless years of experience in veterinary reception. Expect to hear her smiling voice when you call to get help for your pet’s needs.
Jennifer is a bright new team member with many years of assisting in veterinary medicine. When not at work she finds herself exercising her plush cat Buddy who is naturally quite resistant to her attempts. Jennifer has a love of all creatures big and small.
